Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a Private Limited registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office (CIPRO). It is a start-up company, which was registered in 2014.

Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd is 100% owned by Mr. Kenneth Mafemani Shibambo. Mr. Kenneth Mafemani Shibambo is a qualified person with extensive work experience in the Communications sector. Kenneth founded Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd in order to pursue his business interest, create job opportunities for unemployed youth, and contribute towards poverty alleviation and local economic development.

Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd will forge partnership with local communities, public and private sector in order to contribute significantly to local economy, reduce high level of unemployment in rural villages and enhance the participation of unemployed youth in the main stream economy.

Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd aim to reduce high levels of unemployment in urban and rural areas through the establishment of projects that stimulate local economic growth and create a platform for skills transfer to take place.

Furthermore, Ba Mbambos Holdings (Pty) Ltd will participate in local economic development programs and projects. The primary services focused by this company are: IT Solutions to Small Business Enterprises and related services such as Plumbing, Electrical Services, Car Branding and Driving Academy.
